Want to know how to track your net worth in Excel? Some readers of the blog post Net Worth 101 have asked how I track my net worth in Excel. Some have also asked how to use the Excel template available on the Free Financial Resources page. Though the Excel sheet provides an example, sometimes videos are best. And so, without further ado, I bring you my first YouTube video, starring… me! (and Excel):
This video focuses on how to calculate net worth, and is 15 minutes long (or 7.5 minutes on good-ol double speed). It also touches on how often I update my net worth. It does not, however, go into how it fits into a broader financial picture. For those details check, out the Net Worth 101 blog post.
